We are back after a very successful FriendRaiser last week in which we met our goal around 8:30 pm on Friday night! We spent the morning celebrating that milestone with gratitude and a few other family milestones as well. 

Bill's son, Grady and his wife, Bristol, had a reception with the church family over the weekend and they may have ordered a few too many cupcakes. 

On a sad note, we mourn along with Shaq Barrett of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers who lost his 2-year-old daughter in a drowning accident. 

Inspired by Carmen's "Project CarCar Minimizes", Bill decided to clean out a few things at home and give them away to you today. But does anyone really want a copy of The Wall Street Journal from October 2021? 

While Dave was over at his son's house celebrating a few birthdays, his granddaughter showed him the newest resident in their yard. 

And Dave being the biggest McDonald's fan we know, was surprised to hear some of the ingredients in the new Strawberry Shortcake menu option. 

Carmen shared a story from Tara Leigh Cobble who was shared a story about her grandmother that illustrates God's kindness and his plan for redemption. Bill followed that up with some thoughts from the Book of Revelations. 

It's May 1st and Carmen likes to celebrate the first of each month as a way to think about new beginnings. A few years ago, we suggested you try and do a Mile A Day in May. While we won't be doing anything official in that regard this year, it may be something you want to try again.

And while it is still springtime, Dave shared how a couple of his kids are seeing some autumn-related fruits in their yard.
